My one-to-one consultations are held in my therapy room in Livingston, West Lothian, conveniently situated only 5 minutes from the M8. Each appointment can last between 60–90 minutes.
In the initial session, we will spend time talking about your issues so that your resulting treatment plan is personal to you and addresses your desired life changes.
Recordings of your sessions are provided free of charge to allow you to continue your recovery in your own space.
